Lawyer Pan, Runqing is one of the senior partners of Alshine law firm. She graduated from the Central University of Finance and Economics, major in economic law, and had her LLM degree in Chicago-Kent College of Law of IIT in USA.

Lawyer Pan had served in a US invested consulting corp. and the legal department of a listed corporation before became a practice lawyer. She has been specialized in foreign investment and finance, as well as corporate governance intensively and extensively during almost 20 years.

She has been serving the important domestic and overseas clients in litigation and non-litigation legal services in investment & acquisition,   acting as the legal counselor of many foreign invested enterprises and the science & tech innovation companies. She is intensively specialized in construction of corporate governance system, establishment of trades framework, designing of affiliates relationship, as well as the cost inner control, management and reclaim of company credit，and also IP protection of a company by non-litigation or litigation methods.
